About Eria Therapy

How Do I work?

My clinical approach is client-centred and collaborative. As an integrative psychologist, I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy. Together, we will create a treatment path that honours your specific needs, goals and lived experiences, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Person-Centred, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, existential therapy as well as integrating creative expression.

Our journey will begin with an intake session, a gentle, open conversation where we explore your goals and what you hope to find in our time together. From there, we will co-create a personalized path for your therapy. This is a living process; it is entirely flexible and evolves as you do. Your feedback is the most important part of our work, and we can adjust our focus whenever you feel the need.

Finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting task.

To help you decide if we are the right match, I offer a free 30 minute consultation call. During this time, we will get to know one another, discuss what is bringing you to therapy, and explore what you are hoping to find in our work together.

This is a gentle, pressure-free way to see if my approach resonates with you and your unique needs, with no obligation to continue.
