How I Can Help: General Psychological Support
You’ve been holding a lot lately, and you’re not sure where to start
Maybe you are finding life abroad to be harder than you expected, questioning whether you made the right decision.
Perhaps you are exhausted from putting everyone else’s needs before your own, wanting to stop giving away all your energy, but feeling lost on where to start.
Or maybe you are trying to make sense of parts of yourself that feel confusing and deeply conflicted, wanting change but feeling stuck in old patterns.
Your reason for seeking therapy might not fit neatly into a single category; and that is completely normal. Human experiences are rarely straightforward.
My approach to therapy is personalised and collaborative, working together at your pace with warmth and curiosity, helping you reconnect with yourself and lead a more fulfilling life.

Perinatal & Reproductive Mental Health
Therapy with someone who gets this stage of life
We are so often told that this chapter should feel natural, joyful, and deeply fulfilling, but when your reality doesn’t match that picture, it can leave you wondering: Why does this feel so hard for me?
Maybe you are feeling anxious, hypervigilant, constantly worrying if you're doing the right thing.
Perhaps you are feeling isolated and questioning who you are amidst all the uncertainty and change.
Or maybe you are holding deep sadness, anger, or a sense of loss that feels difficult to share with those around you.
The journey into pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood changes everything; your identity, your relationships, your body, your world.
The perinatal and reproductive journey brings unique biological, emotional, and relational shifts that standard therapy doesn't always address. From fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, relationship shifts, and parenting, my goal is to provide the nuanced, expert support you deserve, helping you navigate the peaks and valleys while staying connected to yourself along the way.
