About Eria Therapy
How Do I work?
I am an integrative psychologist, which means I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to therapy. Instead, my work draws from several evidence-based modalities, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and experiences. I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership, a place where we work together to untangle the complexities of your life and find a path forward.
Rather than following a rigid plan, my work draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Person-Centred Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT).
Our journey will begin with an intake session, a gentle, open conversation where we explore your goals and what you hope to find in our time together. From there, we will co-create a personalized path for your therapy. This is a living process; it is entirely flexible and evolves as you do. Your feedback is the most important part of our work, and we can adjust our focus whenever you feel the need.

Start with a Free Introductory Call

Finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting task.
To help you decide if we are the right match, I offer a free 30 minute introductory video call. During this time, we will get to know one another, discuss what is bringing you to therapy, and explore what you are hoping to find in our work together.
This is a gentle, pressure-free way to see if my approach resonates with you and your unique needs, with no obligation to continue.
